Both are orchestrated by a Customer Journey Orchestrator that detects intent and routes conversations, including seamless escalation to human agents. Beyond these, we also develop custom agents and broader agentic workflows tailored to your specific requirements.
No. numarai agents connect to your existing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and others) via API. We build around your stack, not the other way around. You keep your workflows, data models, and vendor agreements intact.
All data stays within your environment. numarai is deployed inside your cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) or on-premise infrastructure. Nothing is routed through numarai servers or external third-party services. Your data boundary stays yours.
Timelines depend on your infrastructure, integration complexity, and the number of use cases in scope. We work through three phases: Advise and Plan, Configure and Deploy, and Handover. We will give you a specific estimate after the initial discovery session.
Our preferred approach is to hand full control back to the teams that live and breathe the business every day: your Technology or Operations team. They receive the code, documentation, and runbooks and own the system outright. That said, if ongoing support is what you need, we are happy to discuss it.

Yes, and that is by design. We build numarai agents inside your negotiated contracts for cloud, LLM, and enterprise software. If you have an Azure Enterprise Agreement or an existing Salesforce licence, we work within those boundaries rather than introducing new vendor dependencies.
At the end of the engagement you receive full source code, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent), architecture documentation, agent configuration files, integration specs, and operational runbooks. Everything needed for your team to operate, maintain, and extend the agents independently.
